You are liable for any damages however caused to the allocated room. Winteringham Fields reserve the right to retain your card details to charge such amounts to make good the loss, damage or expenses suffered by Winteringham Fields as a result of damages caused.
If damage is caused to our furniture and fittings because you are ill (sick or otherwise), we reserve the right to charge you for an extra night of accommodation. Additional cost for professional cleaning of carpets, mattresses etc will be charged on top of the room rate.
Whilst we are happy to cater for food allergies there are some which we will need more information on. If you or your guests have an allergy of any kind, then please call us on this number before you book so that we can note this for our chefs. Please note that if you do not advise us of the allergy then we may not be able to cater for you on the day.
A £20 per person non-refundable deposit will be taken upon booking the table. If you cancel the table this deposit will be lost.
a) If the booking is cancelled on the same day as the reservation or in the case of a non-arrival, the full menu price per person is payable.
b) All deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation.
A deposit of £100 per room is required to secure your booking and if you cancel prior to the date then the deposit will be lost. If you need to change your booking to another date, then the deposit will be carried over to that date.
If you cancel the booking 3 days before then again the £100 deposit will be non-refundable.
If you cancel the day before, then 50% of the total room rate will be charged.
If you cancel on the day of the booking, then WF holds the right to charge you for 100% of the room price.
All prices and information contained on the website are as accurate as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for any incorrectly priced offers or information contained on this website or accompanying confirmation emails. Please note that our prices can change at any time without notice and prices quoted upon booking cannot be honoured as they can be subject to increase over time.
All Winteringham Fields Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and they will not be extended after this date. Upon purchase of a voucher you will be advised of this and by continuing with the purchase you agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the recipient. Gift vouchers are redeemable against any of our products or services. Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash, other alternative or monies refunded and have a one time use only. Please ensure that you bring your redeemable gift voucher with you to present on arrival, otherwise the value can not be applid as a credit to your bill. Winteringham Fields gift vouchers cannot be used to buy another gift voucher. Winteringham Fields will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.
When our promotions are offered these will be available on specific days and can not be applied to any other date and details are subject to change at any time. These promotions can not be purchased as a gift voucher as they are date specific and so the 6 months expiry date would not be applicable. All vouchers are printed as monetary no other discription can be applied.
Of course we hope you love your Winteringham Fields purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order then please get in touch and let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges or refunds on gift voucher purchases.

References to “you” and “your” shall be deemed to be references to person placing an order via this website.
Your contract for purchases made through www.winteringhamfields.co.uk is with Winteringham Fields and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale. You warrant that all details you provide to www.winteringhamfields.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered. You agree that e-mail can be used as a method of communicating with you. During the order process, you must enter a valid e-mail address and telephone number. You are responsible for all actions taken under your details. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will have their details passed onto the Police.
Winteringham Fields is a strictly no smoking site. All guests are asked not to smoke in all public areas and bedrooms. We ask that no guest smoke in the doorways of these rooms so as to avoid the smoke blowing back into their rooms. If it is found that this request has not been adhered to, we reserve the right to charge a full nights room rate to your card for the room to be deep cleaned and to cover loss of revenue whilst this is done. Throughout the site ash trays are supplied please do not put spent cigarettes in any of the flower beds or on the ground.
All left property will incur a charge of £5.00 postage payable by card before postage, unless it is a valuable item when this will need to be checked at the post office and the guest will be contacted to confirm the charge needed to be paid for the postage.
