No cash will be redeemed where the full value of the voucher is not used during your visit.
Vouchers will not be posted unless the correct postage is paid, a charge of £4.20 per voucher is required and where multiple orders are made on one order number you will be required to pay the remainder before the vouchers can be processed.
Next day delivery is not guaranteed by the post office unless a special delivery is purchased. (this is around £9.20 per voucher).
Vouchers will only be processed during the post office working hours of Monday to Friday 9 am to 4.15 pm. All orders received once the post office is closed will be processed the next day. Any orders received on Saturday or when the office is closed will not be processed until Wednesday morning.
