Our Name Your Price gift vouchers start at £50, and can be redeemed on any of our à la carte or surprise menus, or a stay in any of our five-star rooms.
Expires 6 months from date of purchase and cannot be extended after the expiry date.
Please note that no photocopies will be excepted on printed gift vouchers. The orginal must be shown or we will not be able to deducted the voucher from the final bill.
Please note that after 9th December 2024 we are unable to guarantee delivery as this will depend on our Royal Mail Service. Whilst we try to ship orders on the same day of purchase, our offices are closed from Sunday - Tuesday, meaning we can only ship Wednesday- Friday. We will then be closed from 21st December 2024 and re open on 3rd January 2025.
Of course we hope you love your Winteringham Fields purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order then please get in touch and let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges or refunds on gift voucher purchases.

Gift vouchers are only valid until the expiry date stated on your voucher. Please be aware of this when purchasing. Gift vouchers are redeemable against any of our products or services including purchases within our in-store Boutique. Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Please ensure that you bring your redeemable gift voucher with you to present on arrival. Winteringham Fields gift vouchers cannot be used to buy another gift voucher. Winteringham Fields will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. Please treat gift vouchers as cash.
