Our Name Your Price gift vouchers start at £50, and can be redeemed on any of our menus, or a stay in any of our five-star rooms.
E-vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and cannot be extended after the expiry date.
HOW TO ORDER AN E-VOUCHER
1. Choose your e-voucher and click Checkout
2. Enter your card details and your address
3. We’ll send you a confirmation email which will contain a downloadable PDF, please print this off as your gift voucher
4. When presenting the e-voucher on the day of the booking, you must bring the voucher either in printed form or on your device (we will ask for this to be resent to our email for our records), along with the original order confirmation email which will show the order number - without both parts we will be unable to accept the e-voucher. Please advise the recipient so that no embarrassment is caused when it comes to paying the bill.
Of course we hope you love your Winteringham Fields purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order then please get in touch and let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges or refunds on gift voucher purchases.

Gift vouchers are only valid until the expiry date stated on your voucher. Please be aware of this when purchasing. Gift vouchers are redeemable against any of our products or services including purchases within our in-store Boutique. Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Please ensure that you bring your redeemable gift voucher with you to present on arrival. Winteringham Fields gift vouchers cannot be used to buy another gift voucher. Winteringham Fields will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. Please treat gift vouchers as cash.
