Gin Cocktail

• 40ml Gin
• 12.5ml Maraschino Liqueur 
• 25ml Lemon Juice
• 12.5ml Creme de Violette

1. Begin by filling a martini glass to the top with ice 

2. Add all the ingreediants into a cocktail shaker, and add ice

3. Maintain a long shake

4. Remove the ice from the glass

5. Strain into the ice cold glass

6. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry *

*we recommend you wash the cherry before using, Maraschino cherries are coated in a rich syrup and this may alter the balance of the drink
