Introducing our new festive à la carte menus for Christmas 2017.


FESTIVE MENU
Festive menu available from 23rd November.
Family Sunday lunch available only on 3rd, 10th & 17th December.

STARTERS
Game Terrine, quince membrillo, Pedro Ximenez, Winteringham Fields winter salad.
Pork belly, roast pineapple, pine nut satay, chicory.
Seared mackerel smoked tartar kohlrabi, horseradish beach herbs.
Truffle linguini, pied bleu mushrooms, mushroom foam.

MAIN
Poached Cod, mussels, courgettes saffron fish velouté.
Navarin of Lamb, Winteringham Fields root veg, young cabbage shoots, ryebread crumb.
Roast partridge, Winteringham Fields cauliflower, spiced red cabbage, potato pave.
Mullet, octopus lentil cassoulet, bouillabaisse sauce, olive.

DESSERT
Apple tart-tartan, calvados ice-cream (for two to share).
St Clements frangipani, winter berries, white chocolate ice cream.
Chocolate soufflé, banana & passion fruit sorbet.
Cheese trolley (extra £10).
