HOW TO ORDER AN E-VOUCHER
1. Choose your e-voucher and click Checkout
2. Enter your card details and your address
3. We’ll send you a confirmation email which will contain a downloadable PDF, please print this off as your gift voucher
4. When presenting your e-voucher on the day of your booking, you must bring the voucher either in printed form or on your device, along with the original order confirmation email which will show your order number - without both parts we will be unable to accept the e-voucher.
Of course we hope you love your Winteringham Fields purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order then please get in touch and let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges or refunds on gift voucher purchases.
