You will Need -
200g x Self Raising Flour
1 TBSP x Caster Sugar
1 TSP x Baking Powder
3 x Eggs
200ml x Whole Milk
25g x Butter
Method
1. Melt the butter, allow to cool slightly, and mix into the milk, add the egg
2. Sift the flour, and add all dry ingredients
3. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients, and pour in the wet mixture
4. Mix well
5. Over a medium heat grease a frying pan with butter
6. Ladle small amounts of the mixture into the pan
7. Cook until the middle starts to bubble, then flip onto the other side
8. Wipe the pan clean, and re grease each time
9. Repeat until all the mixture is gone
We like ours with streaky bacon and maple syrup, or you can try fresh fruit and yogurt, Jam, chocolate spread.
